Sugardrop Farms has been in business in Georgia since November of 2005. Our facility is licensed by the State of Georgia and we are licensed and insured Professional Pet Sitters.  We hold certification as Professional Pet Sitters and complete Continuing Education Units each year.

July 24, 2011 - Today it’s been one year since you went away.  I miss you more than anyone could imagine.  It feels like it was just yesterday and yet it’s been a year already.  There hasn’t been a moment when I haven’t thought about you.  I know you are safe and happy and that helps a little.  I’ve kept myself busy but it’s been the hardest year of my life.  I’ve tried to be prepared for so many things in my life, but I was never prepared to lose you.

Some may say “it’s just a dog, get over it”, but you are so much more than “just a dog”.  Someday I know I will find out who you really are-disguised in a furry little body, but inside such a sweet soul.  I always said you taught me so much, and even though you’re gone, you continue to teach me more.  If I had it to do all over again, I would have spent that last day so differently.  I would have stayed by your side every second, but I didn’t know it would be the last day you were here with me.  It is so true what they say about how life can change in an instant.  That’s what happened a year ago.  Every minute we have is precious and should be spent that way.

I know I will see you again and that is a great comfort to me.  I keep telling myself that you are away on a vacation-the best vacation ever.  You are not sick or sad or in pain.  I know you are happy where you are.  So, until the day you jump in my arms and I never have to let you go again, I will think of you and miss you so.  I know you know how much we love you.  See you soon my little Rocket Man.

Rocky's Playroom is our large indoor play area.  Everyone can enjoy a romp or a rest inside when the weather does not permit outdoor playtime.  It's a great place for the boarders to hang out together lounging on their favorite doggie bed, or on their own couch with us! Playtime together is always supervised whether it's indoors or outdoors.

Our "private" suite for pets that do not integrate well with others, or for moms and dads that prefer  their pets be separated from other boarders during their stay.









Our outdoor areas are clean and geared to all our boarder's safety. We have ramps for our tiniest of visitors and older dogs with joint issues or medical problems that make stair climbing difficult.
